My wife bought her 2000 base coupe new and I recently bought it from her after she got a new car. i also own a 1965 coupe Ive resto modded and a 1970 Mach 1 I am restoring to concours driven.

Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I’m buying her 2000 so I can daily drive it and mod it. She wouldn’t let me make any mods while she owned it. I would like to put some 2000 Cobra R wheels and tires on it. Thinking I’d like to add the Cobra R hood and maybe the front bumper cover

Thank you, Ive owned the '65 for 46 years and its a part of me.
I havent made it to PITS yet but Ive known Kevin for quite a while an he is expecting me to attend one of these years. I expect I will soon. Its about a 3 hour drive from here. Im an MCA certified judge for 69-70 concours and have judged half a dozen shows. Ive been to a Mecum auction in Kissimmee, I consider that a great car show. Been to a couple of SAAC conventions but not in a long while. Ive gone to the 50th, 55th and 60th Mustang anniversary shows. Great events to be sure.
