Why do you have mil eliminators on a 95? the o2 sensor is before the cats

Didn't put em on so not to worried about it haha. Ill get some more pics after work today. The Car is bord an stroked to a 331 GT40 heads,Scat steel crank,24lb injectors,holly intake manifold,BBK CAI, its cammed im not sure on the size ill have to check the tech sheet. It needs work the previous owner didn't run the fuel lines right, one of the return lines is kinked and im pretty sure there's a vacuum leak cause in between shifts the car doesn't idle down.
