As I am wrapping up my build I pretty much replaced everything on the car with either an upgrade or bought new and replaced. Before the motor goes back in, about the only thing I just thought of is that I still have the bone stock 1997 radiator on the car. Keep in mind I am shooting for upwards of 600rwhp, through my auto. Would you guys upgrade this? And if so, to what? Or, do you think I should just flush it before the motor goes back in and just use my stock one that I have now. Keep in mind, if suggesting to swap it, I HAVE AN AUTO

alright, yeah thats what my research seems to see that most people suggest. I already have a huge tranny cooler almost the size of my intercooler so ill just get this one flushed before installing the new motor

Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY MUSHIMOTO radiator..... You will hate you life when the leaks come.

I would try to find a 03/04 Cobra or a 03/04 Mach-1 Radiator. Those are both full aluminum.

A really cool mod that i have that may help you, I purchased the flexalite black magic fan with adjustable thermostat. Its a nice feature to set the temp to what ever you want and it cools the engine even after the key is turned off, this is nice to have at the track so you dont waste your battery by having to keep the ignition on. Just a something to ponder if you have extra cash.
