new seats or new seat covers?

my cloth interior is starting to show its age so I have been considering my options there. I looked at katzskin and was suprised to see that new covers for 2 seats there is more expensive then 2 complete seats from alot of other places. I was wondering if people that have either recovered their stock seats, got new seats or just cheaped out with some $20 seat covers could post some pics and what they paid to get an idea of different options available. I know there is an upolstry and trim shop in town that I have been meaning to stop by and check out their prices but have not made it there yet. Anyone have a cool custom set?

I too would love some Cobra, or Mach1 seats.. that is a seriously sweet upgrade.

Take your car to a good shop in town, get a quote. You'd be surprised what some shops can do!

i would go for seats but that's just because i hate covers of any kind they look so bad. check craigslist.

I agree and by seat covers I mean a custom made set from a trim shop, not th e$20 autozone style.

I am just suprised to see katskinz was close to a grand when you can get a full set of race seats for that price. Has anyone had a set made for you and if so how much did it run ya?

new seats for sure, yes u can skin them but then u should get the foam redone and thats not too cheap. your going to be into it for more then some 03 cobras.

Just do a search Mach 1 and Cobra seats are being sold all the time.
