hi everyone new to the forum just recently bought a 2002 Mustang v6 3.8l 5 speed stock for now but I’m planning on getting a cold air intake and true duel exhaust to start would this be a good start if not what would you recommend any help would be appreciated

Welcome! I had a v6/5speed about 11 years ago, i spent a lot of money on it that went down the tubes when I traded it in on a (much needed) truck. I recommend lowering it and finding a deal on some 18" wheels and drive the hell out of it

How low would be safe with 18” and a chin spoiler and would you go with coil overs or springs

My pair of 98s have chin spoilers and lowering springs. JNo problems, just gotta watch curbs when parking nose in. Lowering springs are a heluva lot cheaper than coilovers.

Thanks I’ll go with the springs how low should I go and is it better to go the same height all around

Thanks I’ll check it out that’s what I was worried about drivability issues since this is my daily driver
