new wheels n s281 wing?

OK, so here is my car as it sits now. I am debating on getting a s281 wing and changing my wheels. Thinking about a lighter color wheel like black chrome or hypercoated, mayybe chrome.


I am keeping my tinted tails and smoked heads, so my question is what kind and color wheel do you think? s281 spoiler, yes or no?

LOL.......damn! alright! well the most I can do is take the isos, unless someone wants to trade for sportlines for some reason. wheres a good place to get a s281 wing? can I get one in laser red, or do I have to get it painted?

ebay has decent ones cheap but you will need to get it painted unless you want to leave it black

i thnk you should drop it more...if you get it low enough, and maybe a wider wheel out back, the wingless look will really set off! thats what i like but if you dont than definitely get the s281 for sure. but lower it more and youll really appreciate the wheels you already have.

if you wanna go the cheap way without having to buy whole new wheels, you can always just get some spacers on ebay and itll give your rear wheels a wider stance

I got my s281 from ebay. Mine is carbon fiber, but I'm pretty sure the company makes regular ones as well. I couldn't be happier with the fit and finish

I like your wheels a lot, especially with the red. I say put the S281 wing on it and leave it as is!

i say go for the s281 but keep the wheels. wheels look right at home with the smoked headlights and tails. look good!

agreed... my .02 is to get rear spacers and maybe some 275's in the rear, and with the 281 wing you might be able to pull off flat black. I would try it out... I would even rattle can the flat black and then wet sand it smooth. Hell if you end up having to pay for to be painted its nothing then cant fix anyway...

going to try and look for a s281 locally, so if anyone in the LA area has or knows of one, let me know. sucks they are 18x9 in back, but I couldnt pass up the $99 AM special last year, going to try and sell 2 of them and get 10s. Those are 295s on the 9 inch, but I may get spacers for the time being... I would probably get it painted at some point, don't like it different color like when people paint the bezels black n stuff.

would taking the top or bottom iso out help? or both?

Drop it and wheel spacers or wider tires in the rear and your good to go...
