Hehe, been doing that for many years now. All I did was cut the straps off one of those Sunvisor CD Holders. I actually had a Sheriff give me the idea when I was pulled over for having it stuffed down at the top of the dash. He told me he saw a car with it attached to the Sunvisor and he thought that was perfectly fine that way. My first idea was using suction cups through the holes on the plate and just stuck it to the inside of the windshield. I then wanted a way to hide it when I wanted so there it is.
