Hi im new to the forum . I just picked up a 97 with a pi swap . Excited to learn about these motors . Right now its giving me a headache but hopefully ill get it figured out . Let the research begin ..haha

Welcome to the site! You've come to the right place for good advice on these motors, there are a lot of knowledgeable people here that have helped me out with mine. What kind of issues are you running into?

Well right now im running into trouble with it cranking . You can disconnect the battery for about 15 or 20 minutes and then reconnect them and itll start right up . then you can turn it off and try to start it back and its like there is a kill switch engaged . you get nothing . disconnect the battery again and repeat lol . Im hoping maybe its a loose connection somewhere .

the other issue is the idle but I think ill be ok on that with a good tune .
