noises??

i took out the isos up front yesterday and now it makes noises as it drives. it doesnt sound like spring noise it almost sounds like everytime the wheel makes a revolution it taps something. i checked all clearance and its fine. the 18's dont touch anything i turned th ewheel both ways too when i checked. any opinions??

install some inner tube tire as an insolator,see if that helps

i wrapped electrical tape around the contact points for an iso.
