man I hope you run better then that with some tires... That kinda makes me sad lol...

I know I will run better than that...I would expect to run ATLEAST a half a second better with traction...Im honestly expecting a bit more becuase I barely use first gear cause of traction

Whys that make you sad?

The differance between my/your stock time of 14.6 @ 94 and 12.7 at 110 is like comparing a toyota camry v6 to a gt500/corvette/03 cobra/ whatever you want to put in there.

Im still NPI h/c which robs me of a lot of power...but im gonna wait untill the time is right and swap a pi motor in it

Sorry didnt really mean sad or like you took it.... I didnt realize you were still NPI guy to... And I am not comparing your car to mine, I was just thinking you would see better times but then again you did say you were on street tires...

Track times have a lot more to do with the suspension, tires, other crap than power.

I go to the track and watch 500 hp cars run 13s all night when a 300 hp car can run the same times.

My car is not setup for the track at all...but im sure a little time, slicks, maybe control arms my car has atleast low 12s/ if not high 11s.

I will find out next year eventually.

The way you said it sounded like my car is supposed to run 10s cause I have a blower or something..

Im just saying the differance between my car stock and now is basically doubling the stock power.

Its hard to go fast when your working with a 4.6 NPI

Yes driver is everything and you cant buy that mod,Me and a freind of mine went to Englishtown N.J.SLP day and we saw guy's in Ls1 cars running 15.30-15.40 right around there and the guy I went there with has a 2000 slp ss camero stock and his best to date is 12.96 @108mph on drag slicks 13.5 on street tires so yea driver is everything.

98 GT (my old car). Longtubes, 4.10 gear, street tire, shift kit and a tuner. Nothing else worth mentioning. 13.9 1/4, or 8.9 1/8th. Lots of driving time to, had it consistent and quick. Stock HCI, nothing done to the motor or trans.

also no weight reduction, actually about 50lbs over stock weight

good times, on slicks?

60 foot?

8.8-8.9 should be good for high 13s
