So the L is tuned but im NOT happy. Ok first off let me say that it drives great and runs VERY strong, but the numbers suck :-[ :-[ Here is the sheet .......
Ok now, the temps in the shop was UP so that was hurting my numbers ( 86* at dyno time ) and I had about 12 pulls during the time it was on for tuning. I was on the dyno for about 6 hrs
the tuner had some trouble getting the a/f adjusted because of some kind of problem with the mass air. Here is what I know right now, im running out of fuel on the top so I need dual 255 pumps and 60lb injectors. I have a very mild tune on it because of this, and im at 402rwhp ( at least 30 short of where I should be ) and same on the tq. Now as for the reason for this the fuel plays a part but there is another problem somewhere thats going to have to be dealt with. Im in talks with other L owners now and a few diffrent L shops with dynos. Im not sure whats going to happen from here, until I get some info back from some guys that can give me some good direction on what too look for as part of the power robbing problem. Like I said the truck runs great, and just too show you how well, remember back when I put my drag radials on and I said It wasnt as fun to drive because it WOULD NOT chirp the tires on the shifts any more?? That problem is fixed now ^-^ it barks the hell out of the shifts now
So the power is there, just NOT what should be there. Ill keep you guys up to date on whats going on.
