Ok so when im driving i get a odd vibration.. The odd part is that its not constant at all.. It comes and goes but stays. The best way i can say it is that for every 4 seconds driving i get 2 seconds of vibration. It comes in and out.
Here is the low down.

1. Car will drive fine but right at 2k on the highway at 60 mph I get this odd vibration. You can be sitting and have the clutch depress or not and no vibration. You could be driving and clutch depressed and car feels smoth like your on air, no vibration. I Have noticed it in 3rd and 4th gear also if im keeping it about the same rpm and going up (but not under hard load). Again its odd because somedays it will be there somedays it will not. I can take off like a bat out of hell and do a 2nd 3rd pull and drop into 5th and cruise have nothing but the lightest amount of vibration. Or i can have enough were it shakes at its worse (when a U joint first goes or a unproperly torqued pressureplate)

2. Rebuilt trans, rebuilt rearend, rebuilt motor, All new king cobra clutch kit.(flywheel 50oz,TO bearing also)
car was lowered now has Aluminum driveshaft, With upper rear control arms adjustable to correct position for Pinion angle. New caster camber plates for the front end. The bushings for the trans and the motor are new they are polly. The balancer is also new and torqued down to spec (with the right weight and spacer) Anything that is on this driveline from the front of the engine to the rear end has been replace inspected and rebuilt from scratch. (check my link in my signature for it)

Ive taken it down to its something with the clutch system when its engaged. The tell tale signs of driveline vibration from behind the clutch are not present nore in front of it. I can rev the car throught the entire rpm range sitting still engaged or not and only get vibration for the increasing in rpms. The rear if there was a problem with it I would hear something when I make slow moving turns or still feel it when i disengage the clutch but there is nothing.

Only time is when clutch is engaged and im driving at highway speed. But again its odd that its not always the same force of the vibration but that no matter what the vibration comes in and fades out.

I have about 3 things to think so far for this
1. Could be that the clutch fork and pin need to be replaced
2. That there might be a bent tooth on the pressure plate
3. That the new T/O bearing is bad (but no noises come from there)

So now Im a little lost looking for something more that it could be...

All tires have been balance and checked. Driveshaft has less the 1k on it and that was just rechecked for balance and condition of U joints. Rear end is sound no noises at all under any type of load or none load. Only when the clutch is engaged will it make this issue.
