Is anything else not working? It could be a fuse. Also I forget the name of the part like a speed sensor or something it is on the drive side of your tranny it could have went bad. It is what makes your mileage correct on your odometer. I might even have an extra 1 if I can find it. I thought mine was bad but it ended up just being a fuse.

The odometer gears are prone to break on our cars. LRS sells a odometer gear kit to fix your problem. I think the part number is #LRS-172550G and is only $24.95. I hope this helps with your problem.

I think it's behind the cluster where the speedometer cable is located. Maybe someone else will chime in.

Gents:

There is a nice T-Bird "how-to" at TCCoA.com. Run a search over there ("odometer") and a lot of threads will pop up and you will find the 'how-to' thread. Scarface is correct that there is a recent thread on this subject -- maybe a month old?

ya well one reason i want to go with the other gauge cluster is that they were white ones and if i can tamper with the millage to get it to where mine is now then i would love to go with the white gauges
