Ding ding ding, you got it!

As I said before you are pretty much just putting the catch can in line, my can has a little clear level indicator on the side which is nice so you can see whats in there

haha....Idk why the hell it took me so long to even think that. now I've seen people put a breather on top of the catch can....like the moroso one...would that cause a vacuum leak though? I guess doing that really wouldn't do much anyways...I don't see the point of it at least....what does it do? do you guys recommend tossing a breather on the valve covers?

The reason for a breather on a catch can would be for a forced induction application. At that point you would cap off any ports on your intake that your pcv previously went to and just run from both valve covers to the catch can with the breather.

That's it. Some people run open breather on a NA.. Not a good idea... Get a separator or a closed one.. Go in between the pcv and intake. You'll be set..

Curve ball: you can plug your factory pcv in your intake, the tube leading to your intake tube, and run breathers on your valve cover with one way valves to the same effect. Release crankcase pressure without sucking in air.
