oil change?

I have a 96 gt with 68000 miles on it and I run 5w-30 mobil-1 fully synthetic. Just wondering how often I should change it? THANKS

Depends on your driving habits such as how hard you drive the car. Synthetic oils are good for longer then the regular 3,000 mile change as recommended w/ regular oil. I usually change mine ever 5,000 I'm sure you can go longer but I do it anyway. Some people still change synthetic oil at 3,000, really its just up to you.

i use full synthetic oil and change it every 5k miles.
