that tube is for the P.S. cooler. if you can fit a FL1A filter on there, it doesnt have it. the Cobra takes a FL-300. the 1A filter will fit, but the sway bar is then the way and hindly hard to get on. some goober had one on mine when i bought it.... its had a small dent on the end from the sway bar rubbing on it

i just realized mine has the fl1a on there now. got it from napa. i made it very clear there are 2 different ones but they still gave me the bigger one.
