oil pressure/temp gauge question.

Well since they are integrated into the cluster, there's not much you can do to hide them. if you are willing to do a little mod work, you could dissassemble the cluster, remove the gauges and put something else there. Though that will be a ton of work.

You're better off with a replacement gauge for oil pressure and water temp anyway, you'll get better insight to how the car is running if you care about that stuff, and they'll be more accurate than the factory ones assuming you get quality gauges.

Yeah I need actual quality gauges for when I'm on track which is why I'm looking into it. Ultimately I'm not too worried if I have a dead gauge or two in the cluster as long as I have something accurate to go off of. Water temp and oil pressure seem relatively simple. Its just tapping the oil pan that seems like will be a pain. I've never done it before so yeah. Don't want to mess it up.
