Ok Need Camshaft Help Please

Ok I need some camshaft help with my build. I am doing forged bottom-end 4.6 with 99-up dish piston cc, with P&P NPI Heads, and I need some camshaft recommendations. I will be running a Blower or Turbo not sure on that yet (Hint the reason for Dish Bottom-end & Yes I have changed my mind about the spray I am keeping the 50 shot to cool the intake temps everynow and then lol)

1 Question I Have is: Since the dish pistons can I run Aftermarket PI Cams instead of Stock PI's?

Yes. You will have to use crower off set retainers or have the NPI heads worked so that you can use higher lift cams. Contact Tim at modularpowerhouse.com and he can get you squared away on cams for your build.

This dish in the pistons is irrelevant to the cams you want to run, trust me on that one.

Like was said above me, you need the offset retainer's or the guides cut down to run more lift.
