Opinions Needed Please

My car has some oxidation, mostly on the roof and hood of course. And I have tried a couple things to get rid of it and it hasnt worked. So I searched online to find some and I found this... http://www.detailingsupplies.net/Car_Polish_Compound_p/com_101.htm let me know your opinions on that product or give me some suggestions on what to use and where to get it. I don't have any experience with that but I know there has to be a few guys on here that could give you some pointers and send you in the right direction.

Are you going to be polishing by hand or with a machine? If you are going to be doing it by hand you won't be able to break down a more aggressive polish like it needs to be. I highly recommend a Porter Cable Polisher with either Poorboy's or Optimum polishes. Both of these brands work great, I also give members here a 10% discount on products.

The PB's and Optimum polishes will work great on oxidization and removing swirls with a machine polisher. I would start with the medium polish and then finish with a light polish.

Well im not sure about the oxidation probably needs a machine to get it back sining, if there is swirl marks and stuff scratch x works pretty well. All the meguires gold waxes really work great too. But i have also heard very good things about poorboy products.
