this started maybe a month ago when the car overheated, changed out the waterpump, thermostat, and hoses..car had some idling problems but it was timing related, after that was all fixed, the car drove like new for about a week, and then started running hotter than it usually does, alot of water seemed to have pushed into the catchcan, theres no water in the oil, and it doesnt seem to be leaking water anywhere(except for when it gets pushed into the resovoir) need some opinions on thhis any help will be great.

sounds like a blown head gasket.
Napa makes a test kit to test for combustion gases in the radiator

Did you make sure to burp the cooling system after you swapped the new parts?

take the rad cap off, start the car and let it run long enough for the thermostat to apen and start circulating untill the level of the rad fluid remains level and doesn't surge up and down anymore. You've been burped.
This is for the 5oh. The 4.6 is a bit different

The most obvious signs are milky oil or thick white smoke out of the exhaust

the overheating proably caused the blown HG.
Hopefully that's all the damage.

leakdown test...

this is also a good test to confirm a blown HG. It's similar to a compression test, but more accurate

Is your fan working properly could be getting hot and just boiling over.

When you have the car running with the radiator cap off does it push coolant out of the radiator
