Painted mach shift knob

Picked this up cheap, was very cloudy when it came in so I polished it up and then painted the recessed area

Just waiting for it to dry then it goes on the car

Nail polish. Did this on one of my old cars and it never came out right. Someone told me about using enamel nail polish and it works great.

Just keep dabbing at all the recessed areas with the nail polish (puddle it right on) wait for it to dry a bit then wipe gently with nail polish remover to remove the excess
