ok guys, so heres yet another thread with more questions i have lol. Im installing my lowereing springs tonight i think and im gonna paint my brake calipers as well while my wheels are off. What paint would you guys suggest?? Ive heard engine block paint is the best to use since it can withstand high temperatures without chipping and will leave a nice gloss shine...is this true? anyone who has experience with painting there calipers can u give advice on which paint/brand to use and maybe post pics of yours and how they turned out. Im also debating between silver, black, and possibly yellow

just go black, anything else would clash. If you want a flat look just hit em with some barbaque paint from like aco. If you want them a little shinier hit em with just duplicolor wheel clear. My buddy did it on his car and they looked real sleek.

Engine block paint might work okay but the stuff I've seen is not nearly as high temp as the brake caliper paint. Engine enamel being 500 degree I believe and the caliper paint i have is 900. I'm thinking black might be your best choice as well.
