parts list please

i've decided to just go with putting just the pi intake on. so what parts do i need to complete the install. all i have is the intake , upper plenum and tb.and what ports do i to sill up

The way i did it when i ordered this stuff from Ford was i said it all is for a 2002
1. Pi Intake Gaskets
2. Heater/Coolant tube
3. Water Pump Nipple
4. Water Pump O-Ring
5. Thermostat O-Ring
6. 180 Degree T-stat (not necessary but a good idea)
7. Thermostat Housing Bolts

You will also need a tube of rtv sealant just to give a proper seal to the coolant passages on the passenger side front port and the driver side rear port.

you may wanna get a PI alternator bracket(if you don't feel like drilling yours) and some new injector o-rings just in case the old ones are brittle and start leaking.

i dont even use the alt bracket on my setup.

lol i rigged my coolant tube when i did my pi swap. instead of changing out the nipple and coolant tube i bought some heater hose and used that. no leaks so far!

if you put it on wrong youd known by now. i just changed to the hardline because rubber deteriorates.
