Can I put the fuel evap vaccum line into a pcv ( with two ports )? so that means there will be one going to the evap line and on to a vaccum source...

Why are you changing the vacuum routing? Did you add something or remove something?

the car has a trickflow in take that was put on years ago...I faild smog because of a evap problem and i was wondering if i hooked it up wrong.

Probably a bad gas cap. If it isn't hooked up at all, you have to have the solenoid in the line, but the pcv may work, but I would recommend running it to it's own vacuum port off the elbow.
