PCV valve gromet part #

The grommet that the pcv valve sits in is worn out and causing it to function improperly. I need to know the part # for that grommet.

Also, what's involved in replacing it? Do I have to remove the valve covers?

Your local autoparts store should know they tend to go after a few years and should be replaced anyways same with the screen, I think it comes with the screen actually. If your talking about hte one in the back of the lower intake it just pulls out I belive.
