I am looking into getting a vortech for my 95 so I was reading up on any issue the other day. I found that a lot of people have issues with crank case pressure and blow by. I read that a turbo coupe or supra pcv can be used or delete the pcv system and run open breathers. Does anyone have experience with this? I would only run around 8psi so would it become an issue? Thanks

just leave it factory unless it becomes a problem. the cheapest and easiest solution is the breather caps, but i'd like to see you fab-in a supbra PCV system. that'd be cool

is it ok if a little oil goes through the supercharger?

Get a couple of catchers...our Cobra has a filter that allows oil to drain back. It is positioned on top of the passenger cover before it allows that air back into the intake/SC

No issues on 25#'s

I have AN fittings on my vavle covers so I ran hose from the passenger side cover to the Pcv to the driver side cover to a catch can. Plus I run a breather on my oil filler.

Pics of setup?

Sorry, it took just a bit - here is the passenger side setup. The black round cylinder is what keeps oil from passing through. On the driver setup I have an actual catch can setup

I just ran a pcv from a 1987 buick grand national and breathers on both valve covers but if I had it to do all over again I would probably have some fittings welded on the valve covers and run a crank case evap system. But at 8psi I don't think you will have any problems.
