The pcv comes out at the back of the intake, there's a large black grommet pushed into the intake that the pcv valve pushes into, then the pipe that comes from the intake connects to that.

OK SO IM GONNA PULL IT OUT TODAY AND CLEAN IT WITH SOME BRAKE CLEAN OR IS IT BETTER TO JUST REPLACE IT?

Replace it and replace it with a FORD PCV, not a cheap pos from autozone etc.

Go to the dealer and get one, seriously.

probably gonna need a new grommet too. mine was all hardened up from the heat and age. autozone and dealer wanted like $10 for grommet, went to napa and got one for like $1.99!

do you know how much they charge? I went to Advance Auto and they didn't have anything that looked like mine. Theirs was metal though compared to my stock plastic one.

No idea, last time I went into the engine to swap my heads, my PCV was still fine.

The aftermarket valves just don't work well like the Ford piece.

go back behind your intake. about the middle. follow that black hose . You,ll find a hole back there. after you take out the rubber gromet under that is a screen mesh. take it out to. rinse it out in gas or buy a new one. put that in first it sits in the intake, then put the new rubber gromet in along with the new pcv valve. check the hoses under your intake. use a mirror and a flashlight. chances are that they are hard to.i have found that when one is bad they are all bad. i use a dentist type pick to get the metal screan out. that makes it quick.
