Pedestal Mount Bolt Size

I was wondering what is the bolt size for GT-40P's if i was going to make them pedestal mount? Is it 5/16

are you talking about stud mount, cause pedestal mount is whats stock

i think all stock 5.0/302 heads are 5/16......if you want studs go 7/16

regual gt-40's are different than gt-40p's. I have a set of 1.7 crane cobra roller rockers and they were not the right bolt size for the gt-40p heads.

ok...i have a set of P heads in my garage and they are 5/16....like i said as far as i know all stock 5.0/302 heads are 5/16

who knows what size studs/bolts the rockers you bought are made for....you bought them...lol
