I could give you some real comments if you like, like the whole thread is worthless, because you'll never, ever swap the damn intake on your car anyway.

Silicone shortage boost economy for car aftermarket :hammer:

I garrantee, he's gonna look at the price tag for the Livernois kit, and say hell no. Then you will beat your head against the wall telling him he can do it with silicone, and he will either claim he'd "rather do it the right way" or just man up and admit that smearing some silicone about is waaaayyyy beyond his skills and ask for a quote on having a shop do it. Then he'll be back to looking at the pricetag and saying, hell no...

So in the end, he'll just get a loud catback and roll around like he has power.

Funny what will happen if you look too, you guy's wonder why I'm harsh on threads looking for effing links. Obviously, you didn't look very hard, it's been mentioned here a thousand times, and look at the first thing on the page....

J.R. i realize that your very knowledgeable when it comes to our cars BUT i did see the 500$ price tag for the kit and if it weren't for my post i wouldn't have gotten an offer from someone who saw the thread and sent me a PM asking me if i wanted to buy his so i didnt have to purchase the whole kit from livernois. And BTW it will go in my car considering i have it sitting right in-front of me.

Also its not like my car is stock and i don't roll around acting like i have power because my car is loud, which it is. I have a SIGNIFICANT amount of work that I PUT INTO MY CAR and since we all know you just patrol these threads looking for any way to make someone feel worse about themselves when they are just looking for help ur comments just roll of the shoulder......
