Does anyone have this combo with an aftermarket CAI/TB tube? I just put on a 70mm throttle body and really struggled to get the TB tube back on. I tried trimming the rubber joint, but couldn't get it to fit right. I ultimately put the stock "waffle" TB tube back on, but would really like to get the densecharger tube back on. Appears that the added height of the PI intake and height of the Plenum together places the tube at an odd angle.

Does anyone have this combo and if so any pics so I can see what it looks like on? Thanks!

not with that particular combo, but i have the k&n intake + 75mm throttle body + 75mm plennum + PI intake. the rubber coupler can be replaced with any you like (the one that came with the k&n is 2 different diameters for the inlet and outlet, but i managed to make mine work). the only thing about mine is that because the plennum raises the throttle body a little (pretty much has an intake spacer on it), it makes a very tight fit with the strut tower brace.

here's a pic of mine:

Thanks for the pics. Yes that's exactly my problem. Need a coupling like that between the TB and TB tube as mine is a 2 piece affair that forces the tube into the STB. That is a very tight fit even with the coupler you have.

its very tight and barely fits, but i managed to get enough of the coupler onto the t/b and was able to fasten it with the clamp so there are no leaks. check ebay for the coupler you need, or do a search online. you dont need the anything fancy so they should only be about $10 + shipping
