i am in the middle of doing the pi intake swap now, the coolant tube that you replace under the intake when i put it into the end that goes to the water pump it slid on easy there really was no effort at all, is that gonna be a problem? and since the other end is now at the passenger side head do you just modify the original heater hose to fit to it?
thanks

You should have had to replace the water pump nipple with a pi one.

actually you don't. you just have to have the tube that goes from the manifold to the nipple. They use the same waterpump from 96-04..

i did replace the waterpump nipple, but the tube just doesnt seem to be very tight, the old one seems to fit much more snug, maybe its because its older and has some crap built up in it , i just dont want to get it all back together and then the damn thing leak and have to take it all apart again
