PI swap and headers.

im doing a full pi engine swap very soon. i have some bbk tuned length ceramic shorties on my NPI, if i swap the engine can i still use them or will they not bolt up to the heads? thanks

shiiit, im hopin for 100% haha. i plan to knock it out in a weekend so im gonna get everything together and ready. if they dont fit ill order some new ones but i just cant go without my car if its raining (only other ride is my motorcycle).

All 2V headers are interchangeable as far as bolting to the heads.

shorties sound good atleast...and imo, all the work for that what? 5hp from long tubes. i just dont think its worth all the hassle..considering the stockies and handle ALOT through them asis..can do shorties w/o lifting or removing the eng...

it was a joke. shorties are a hell of a lot better than stock manifolds. we're not like the 5.0's that came from the factory with headers.

And they were junk. 4.6l manifolds are not a restriction like the stock 5.0 headers were. If you do headers on a 4.6 do longtubes or leave the stock manifolds alone.

well its not like its a "hassle" since ill be swapping the engine anyways????

also i got a steal on them, and i already have a bassani stainless steel xpipe. i dont feel like spending another 350 on headers and 300 on a nice xpipe so im sticking with the shorties.
