i find that hard to believe. i only have 20% and it is VERY difficult to see at night with the windows up. with 5%, you might as well just spray paint your windows black, because youre not going to see at all at night.
a buddy of mine put 5% on his windows a while back, and he couldnt see anything at all with his windows up. he had a hard time driving even during the day, with 5%.
