I finally go my pi heads today after about 3 weeks and they show out with a broken cap and a cam gear wtf im pissed i found the broken parts in the bottom of the box not sure if thata how the guy sent them or if it was ups but i think it would take alot to break a cam gear in half i tryed posting pics but it wont let me

another good reasonnot to ship heads... that happened when I shipped mine from TX to MA... perhaps it was my fault for not putting more bubble wrap...

Damn that sucks, and btw those are windsor heads, you just have to take into account the other holes on the timing chain cover for the valve cover

It happens I shipped my heads to get worked and the romeo cam tower caps got cracked, we secured and lock tighted the broken bolt, tested it stressed, its ok.

those are deff windsor heads, press on cam gears, individual cam caps, and looks like 12 bolts in the head for the valve cover, (dont foget the valve cover also bolts to the timing cover). id say there junk its gonna cost a few $ to put a new cam cap on it and line hone it. better off chasing a refund and trying again, local junk yards around here will sell them for $125 each and they'll pull them (ricks or rich's in hudson ma, cant remember the name) might want to explore that option if your gonna buy used ones anyways

thanks guys yea there windsor update i talk to ups and the guy i bought them from and hes going to cover what ups doesnt ups is picking them up tomorrow and i think i found a good deal on some new ford racing ones for 600 with new intake so everthing met work out for the better

sorry i didnt mail you them pics duff but its all taken care of thanks anyways i know duff is a good guy i wasnt saying that i was asking what ftw meant lol will ups came and picked up the heads and i just scored a set of new ford racing heads and intake and gaskets for 720 0 miles on both
