it started a couple weeks ago, and it would pop when turning into my subdivision while letting the clutch out in 2nd gear (also a slight bump there) then i let the car sit for 2 weeks before replacing my intake. but now lately nearly every time I take off from a stop, i take 1st gear up to 2300 rpms and push the clutch in. about half to 3/4 of the way to the floor with the clutch there is a pop that comes from the left front/ middle of the car, doesn't affect anything and it only does it while pushing the clutch in in 1st.
any ideas?
I'm gonna see if i can bring it in to tech tomorow and check the torque on the motor mounts and tranny mounts, I've checked everywhere under the car and could find anything out of the ordinary :dunno: at first I thought it was balljoint/ suspension related, but i checked both struts,and the balljoints and didn't see any obvious places where it would hit, and could find any place that looked like it could move to cause a pop
so that leads me to believe either it's the motor/tranny mounts not properly torqued (i didn't torque them, my dad did while I was at work, so i wasn't there to see it )
