well I have some seats I want to sell. but I don't have 100 posts cause its not really my style to comment on every little thing. I have been a member for almost three years and lurked for 3 years before that. I have also bought a few big items from the classifieds. besides going on a post whore spree is there anything else I can do on here? I just want to stay within rules and don't want to make an add and have it locked and deleted(wasting my time and the mods time).

I just like to keep my thoughts and opinions to my self. I use the sight mostly for the classifieds and for looking at pictures to get ideas and such.

yeah thats kinda what I was hopping for but the rules do read must have 100+ posts, though I would think with being a member for a long time might stop the idea that I just want to abuse the forum. well at least this thread has bumped my count up 3 more posts so far! ha

Re: posting in the for sale sectioin?

well I will give a teaser but this is no add! don't want to be posting stuff in the wrong section. they are sparco circuits with harnesses, side mounts, sliders.
but besides that point this thread is at least still bumping my count up at this rate I cant post in the classifieds in about three weeks. ha

I don't think I would really say they have the built in hans device though the design of the seat has some similar design to those, and it is called built in head protection.
I figured they would be good for my mustang project because I was going to put in a cage and didn't want to crack my skull open. but I am thinking now that a good street style seat might suit me better.

Re: posting in the for sale sectioin?

well taking into consideration that I am 6-2 170lbs and wear a 34 waist jeans they are about a 9 they hold very well and is in a sitting position that wont kill your back.
I say this because I had some aluminum seat in my old bmw race car and after about 15 min it felt like I was about 3 inches shorter. the head support is wide enough to fit a helmet and don't stick out so far you cant see out a window. now if you have large thighs or a wide waste they would be very very snug. I really want some black with red stitching sparco r505 seats.

Well that sounds nice. I am about 6' 1" and 180 or so.

I am not looking into new seats right now but I would love to hear more. Perhaps you have a sort of project going on with your car?

Re: posting in the for sale sectioin?

well first of all thanks for keeping the convo going my post count thanks you!

I guess I have never mentioned anything about my car here. its a 95 5.0, trickflow top end kit, vortech s trim, anderson power pipe, meziere electric water pump, mishimoto radiator, tremec tko 600, fidenza flywheel, ram 26 spline clutch, aluminum driveshaft, 3.73 gears, full exhaust, blaa blaa blaa. trying to figure out what brakes to go to and probably doing a MM complete grip box.
