So I bought a new driver seat because my passenger side broke and I figured it would be cool to switch the power seat top the passenger side, Well when it came time to cut and splice the wires I went to cut the original wires from the plug, and spark came shooting out, stupid me forgot to disconnect the negative battery cable :BangHead:. So after I got the wiring completed the power seat wouldn't work, so today I picked up a fuse thinking I probably just fried the fuse there, but still no prevail, is it ossible that the gauge of the wire I'm using is too small because the gauge of the factory wire is HUGE. Or is there a relay or something in between the plug and the fuse box that I may have shorted out?? Please help, it kinda needs to be fixed by Monday if possible. Thank you in advance for your help :)

Check for continuity on the wire to see if maybe there is an inline fuse. Also, putting in smaller gauge wire is just asking for a fire. Go with the same size wire.
