I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM "PRO CAR PARTS" FOR MY MUSTANG EVER AGAIN. I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THEM ON JUNE 23, 2007. I WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR MY HEADLIGHTS, FOGS, AND CORNERS TO ARRIVE. WHEN THEY FINNALLY ARRIVED, THE PARTS WERE WRONG AND DAMAGED. SUPER. I PAID OUT OF POCKET TO RETURN SHIP EVERYTHING 2ND DAY AIR, WITH THE PROMISE OF NEXT DAY AIR FROM THE COMPANY TO RECIEVE THE CORRECT PARTS. I WAITED UNTIL JULY 17TH TO FINALLY GET EVERYTHING IN!!! :slap: ALMOST A FULL MONTH OF GETTING RUN AROUND AND PISSED OFF. THE PART THAT REALLY BURNS ME IS THAT I WORK IN THE PARTS BUSINESS FOR 7 YEARS AS A MANAGER OF ONE OF 102 STORES THAT ARE PART OF A FORTUNE 500 COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER TREATED A PAYING CUSTOMER LIKE THIS EVER.
THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS AND I HOPE THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM WITH THEM.
