Problem with my 98 GT

okay so when it rains, and only when it rains, my car is sluggish, when u step on the gas it feels like its bogging in every gear. i know i need a tune up but im not too sure if that is the problem. Has anyone else had this problem? what could it be?

change plugs to NGK TR6s. if you have misfiring issues change wires also... eff it. do a major tune up. plugs, wires, oil/filter, fuel/air filters and check maf sensor for contaminations.

It could be your filter is letting in moisture, if your running an open filter in the rain without some sort of a guard then you might just be sucking in moisture of some sort, be it water or mist. Either way it shouldn't be any more than a basic tune up

im hoping its not the filter, due to me having a guard on it and i went with a short ram for this reason. but ill let you guys know the outcome when i do my tune up
