problems with abcexclusive.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Does anyone on here have any connections with this company??? we were getting ready to start prepping parts that i had gotten from them when we noticed that 1) front bumper is badly twisted and not repairable and 2) they sent me a rear bumper for a new edge!!!

their owner wont call me back and the lady who answers the phone says i have to talk to the owner!!!!!

ive never seen such crazy service and i warn everyone to spend your money elsewhere as this compay will just straight up screw you!!!!!!!

also all they advertise is that their stuff is urathane and its not. their side pipe covers are fiberglass and their bumpers are that abs or duraflex crap!!




anyone with any info on this company would be greatly appreciated!!!

They are the worst company to deal with. The owner told me there was no problem with my parts even though two body shops said they had defects. Didn't even get my name or order number, just said it's not him and my body shops have no idea what they are talking about.

Word of advise for everyone DO NOT DEAL WITH ABCEXCLUSIVES!!!!!!!

This is pretty much common knowledge in the Mustang world. I've heard dozens of stories of how shitty their products are and their service is even worse.

Only one that had a worse reputation was Cincinnati Composites back in the day.

My buddy was out 1200 for an 03 style bumper for his sn and a full kit.. They sent ted different side skirts and everything all fiberglass when he payed for poly.. Didn't refund him shit.. Sorry dude I think you may be fucked..

after a week of blowing their phones up i finally spoke with owner and i have to cover cost to ship stuff back but they will send me the right stuff suposedly. only thing is he says they are no longer using"urathane" for the rear bumpers........wasnt urathane to begin with so who know what will happen!!!

this sucks and im filing a complaint with BBB and will be contacting an atty if this doesnt get resolved. id rather pay for a plane ticket to face them in court then rather let them got off easily!!!!!!!

if im gonna get screwed then ill make sure they pay some how.

yea abcexclusive does suck!! i bought a s281 spoiler that was fn crap!! outta shape wavy junk, had to eat the shipping to send it back....thats how i ended up with this s351 from them that was all fd up too but fixable....i didnt know they were really that big cause everytime i called the same ol lady answered the phone like she was makin parts in her fn bathtub or some shit!!! they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last week at a car show I made sure to tell every single person who was interested in the covers how poor the customer service was and showed them the flaws on the pieces as well as the emails from the owner. My car took home a top 5 trophy that night so to say the least word was spread to plenty of people.

im in the same state of mind thought that ill do my best to make sure noone ever buys from there again!!!!!

Spread the word, what kind of company sends you a part for the wrong mustang and still expects you to pay for return shipping?

Now that you have talked to the owner I am sure you hung up the phone realizing like myself that he is a worthless human being. He really does not give a care about anything you have to say.

If you want a perfect fit then pay the price for a CDC bar, unless you want to have gaps where the bar meets the panels.

Also I have their side exhaust covers and they fit ok, didn't have anything to complain about. The only knock I can give them is that I placed my order online and they never got it, I had to call a week later to find out so they just placed the order through the phone.

that sucks,i have had 2 cobra RR hoods from them,(first one flew up bc saftey stuck one day) and my hood actually has no body work at all in it,i scuffed it and painted it and its nicer then my buddies cervinis and he could never get to fit right.i bought them both a while ago tho,so maybe the place has gone down the shitter. i only went with them anyway bc nobody else makes that size cobra r hood.sorry to hear,hope it all works out.

my side pipe covers and my wing that i got from them are flawless....................with the exception that my side pipe covers are suppose to be urathane and they are fiberglass, but still a great fit and nice smooth look.

but again you dont do the kind of crap they are trying to pull. ill do my part and send them back and ill give them a chance to make good on the bumpers........then its on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just dont want to get locked in a legal heehaa before i get my bumpers and have to wait even longer!!
but one way or another ill keep everyone in the loop of how its goin!!

on a side note who lives remotely close to garland, texas so if i do fly down i can meet up!!!!!! lol
