a friend of mine installed a p1 procharger in his 03 2v ... he put the stock pulleys back but he left the crank bbk racing pulley .. the s/c pulleys is a 3.00 ...3.00 its good for 12 lb boost at 6000 rpm right ?? and hes only getting 9 pounds at 6000 rpm and it seems like he have boost lag ... does he needs to put the big stock pulley back in the crank ?

yes he should put the stock crank pulley back on, a smaller crank pulley means less boost.

I wouldn't say it creates anything, the headunit just doesn't spin as much

not sure, maybe 100lbs? But a big difference is there is probably 100lbs less unsprung weight with the IRS, which has a greater effect on how the car drives than sprung weight.
