Quadshocks.

Will removing it do anything significant? I am about to get some 03 Wheels and I know you need to get a 1/2 spacer or remove the quadshock.

you probably wont notice a difference, but its not a bad idea to get some LCAs/UCAs.

The clearance issue all depends on what size tire, wheel, and offset. I doubt you'll notice a difference without the quadshocks.

I have heard of many people that dont run Quad Shocks and dont notice any difference what so ever

If you have upgraded your LCA's then pull the quads. If your still rollin on the stock LCA's I would more than likely just leave them as you may run into some wheel hop issues.
