Question about fog lights...

Yeah that's what im lookin for, to work independant from the other lights. Did you guys have to cut any wires for that? I'm not sure I have a good writeup for doing it that way. I know the other way doesn't require any cutting or splicing at all which i really liked but i want the other look.

I didn't cut any wires. Just used T-taps to tap into them :thumb:

They are wire taps. They tap into wires cleanly. I don't think they are actually called "t-taps" but thats what I call them.

I don't have my camera here otherwise I'd snap a pic for ya. They have 2 pieces. 1 piece clips onto the wire and the other piece clips onto the first piece (this second piece is where you put your wire). They cost like 2 or 3 bucks for 4 of them.

I can't think of their actual name. But just ask for t-taps, they should know what you're talking about. You can get them at walmart too (probably alittle cheaper there) :thumb:

Yeah. That's exactly how I did it.
