Is the 95 GT diff a posi?

Not necessarily. If you can provide the axle code from the driver's side door sticker I can tell you.

I put 450+ rwtq through mine with slicks and all i have are FRPP 3.73 gears and girdle. I do have to replace the clutch packs all the time though.

Your fine then. If you wanted some extra lock up when your spinning the tires, go with Ford Racing's carbon fiber clutch pack kit. It helped a ton. We used it on our road race SN95 cobra and we love it. The clutch packs last longer, grip harder, and there is a stiffer "s" spring that helps lock it up better. Its a b**tch to install though with that spring. Not a bad price either.

Yea 94/95 had a lot of different options. 2.73 were standard in both autos and manuals, 3.08 or 3.27 were optional add ons. Just like 3.73s are with todays Mustangs. Now if you're fortunate enough to own an SVO Mustang GT-40 they came standard with 3.08 gears, but could upgrade to 3.27, but those cars were special order only from Ford in 94/95. Not many were sold, hense all of the SVO GT-40 intakes and heads floating around.
