I have some questions about nitrous. I have a Nitrous Outlet wet kit on my 94 and I'm new to the wet systems.

Do I have to adjust the timing down if I only run a 35-50 shot?

The Nitrous Outlet Jetting chart shows different size fuel jets for 45 and 55 psi. Which PSI should I be referencing?

Can I put race fuel (100-110 octane) through the factory fuel system?

The car has a Walbro/TI Automotive 255LPH pump & 19lb Explorer Injectors. I can get the higher octane fuel for the bigger shot of nitrous. The Nitrous Outlet kit I got comes with jets up to a 200 shot and the Nitrous solenoid has -4AN outlet with a -3AN nozzle inlet. I also have some NGK UR-55 plugs that were recommended to me for nitrous. Timing adjustments can easily be made. What more would I need to run a 200 shot?

I called Nitrous Outlet to see what they would say about some of the questions I had. They said to bump the timing down a degree or two even on the 35-50. I learned that I need to reference the 45psi fuel jetting on their chart for my 94. They also said that their X-series kit is jetted for 200 but their solenoids won't actually flow more than 175. The rep said I could try jetting it for 200 but it will probably only give a bit over 175. He said there is too much risk in running the fuel rails dry if hitting more than 175. They even recommended to not go over 150. I guess I'll max myself out at the 175 shot. That alone is already a good amount anyways. I forgot to ask about the higher octane race fuel in a stock fuel system. Is is safe to run straight up or should I just blend it with 91? We can get the 100 and 110 in a jug but can't get anything higher than 91 at the pump in my area.
