Quick Question.....

My friend has an older Sentra, it is 97 or something. Anyways I when it idles it vibrates a bit and when you turn the A/C on it vibrates even more. At higher RPM it seems to go away. Is this an indication of anything? It has about 120,000 miles on it.

Maybe the a/c compressor. Could be the pulley. Have you checked the tension on the belt?
