I recently deleted my secondary cats ( muffler is deleted too. Still have H Pipe. It sounds really really good in the lower rpms, under 3k. But under high acceleration it sounds very raspy and unappealing. I want to keep the overall sound and volume but is there any good mods to cut down the raspy exhaust tones in the higher rpms? I've heard it's normal for this kind of exhaust, but does anyone have any experience in this?

its all about how the air moves and how much it moves. I found a deal on a magnaflow high flow catted X years ago and installed it prior to do much work to the car. It was raspy at first but after installing a set of shorty headers and then a set of heads the raspy sound went away.
