Rear end spherical bushings

I got some UPR spherical rear end bushings and I'm curious if any one has done rear end bushings? What is the best way to get the old bushings out? I've heard of drilling them out, using a torch to get them out any advice whould be appreciated.

Also what is the best way to install the new ones. Thanks.
