Rear seat brace?

Trying to see if my sub box will fit in the trunk through the rear seat. I think if I take the rear seat brace or whatever is called out I might have enough room. Has anyone take it out? Or does it even come out?

Yea it comes out it's a pain , but totally doable . I'm doing a similar setup in my street car/ race car custom though gotta keep wait down

Yup. That's all I needed. Actually wasn't too bad getting the seat out. Might take it back out and re wrap it and make it look better.
