I want to add something to that, but it may be just for me and you are open to make your own decisions but I will never miss an opportunity to get laid in any car WITH A WOMAN!

I think it's a great mod man, but honestly, don't buy one from AM or anywhere else...you can buy the plywood and carpet yourself and do the whole thing for under $30 when the MMR seat delete is $125+ easily. I made mine with my dad, took a few hours, then we customized it and added subs...I sold it to my roomate 6 mos later..ended up needing a rear seat for the little one...its a great mod and cheap and fun to make!

cant find my pics as of right now, but i'll post them when i do

I have never understood how they charge that and how people pay it.

Hell anyone else wants one I will make them one for half that. Want some custom raised letters or a logo too? We can talk....

Its not made of plywood but molded plastic. I didn't install it yet because I am waiting for my upholstery shop to get more of the black perforated vinyl in so I can cover it.

If you are going to wrap it, that would be the perfect opportunity to customize it and make a raised logo or some writting under it. All you need to do is trace a patter to carboard and the use a bunch of adhesive to clue the carboard to the plastic, then just wrap the vinly over it. Be sure to use alot of glue around the edges of the logo/design to ensure that it will hold and it wold make for a cool look I think.

I have been considering this for some time if ya can't tell but can't decide between th GT logo, a pony symbol or I have always like the cursive mustang that was written on the sn95 style.

I decided to do the delete so that I can use the space for some misc electronics. I am not going to make it a boring piece of carpet and thinking about some flush mounted brushed aluminum inserts, some kind of raised letter logo and probably vinyl to make it blend into the side a little better. I am hoping to get the EQ I am going to put back there this weekend but it might take me a while as I have been sick and in the hospital for a week but that will give me time to plan a cool lookin cover.

Thats why I went with the delete. I am going to cut some thin long vents in the base to let heat out and the lower part is hinged so it lifts up. I got tired of my trunk being filled with amps, x-over etc so its going in the rear seat cubby under the delete.

im putting back in my rear seats.. can't strap a car seat to my rear seat delete and im sure as hell not giving up my stang.. my son will probably never ride in my car because my fiance has a 4 door.. but i'm doing it just in case..

if you don't have a need for your rear seat then take it out! the seat delete looks much nicer
My two year old rides up front in mine. I disconnected the driver and passenger air bags and put his simpson 5 point harness racing car seat right beside Daddy! His momma can drive her own damn car.

Your front passenger seat lays back right? If the chick is to big to bend over doggy in the front with the passenger seat layed back then you need some major suspension modifications!

did mine awhile ago. Its an ok kit I bought it from someone that was making them down in Mass. Its form fit and its a little too tight. I think at some point Im going to take it out and sand down the areas that are to tight and re do the carpeting on it b/c the stuff thats on it now kinda sucks.

the only thing I do not like about the mass produced ones is how the back part sits so far back. I am going to make mine to flow a little better and come out to match where the side panels start. I am also going to use some brushed and polished aluminum inserts to add a little more detail to it. I am waiting to get the EQ that I am going to put back there but will post pics when I am done.
